We were delighted to host a webinar with Jennifer Samarasinghe, who leads on Workplace Mental Health for Kooth Work

Jennie discussed prevention and early intervention and why this is such a beneficial approach for organisations to support their people. Safeguarding the emotional wellbeing of an organisation's workforce is a business strategy that goes beyond just being the right thing to do.

Jennie shared Kooth's research on what employees want, what benefits employers and how too many organisations lack visibility of the costs of not addressing people's needs effectively. Research  shows the positive impact of making changes in order to move from a reactive to a preventative approach. A great opportunity to explore a complex and demanding expectation on employers with a specialist in the field.
